Position Overview
In this role, you will support the SVP of Sales and Partnerships by developing and optimizing our revenue operations process to drive growth and improve efficiency across the sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and manage the various initiatives across the revenue operations function
- Create and document key processes across the sales cycle to optimize performance and increase efficiency
- Manage sales tech stack and roadmap
- Partner with sales leadership to develop goals and set targets along with reporting and tracking for key performance indicators
- Ensure data quality across various platforms and tools
- Analyze data to provide insights needed for key business decisions and develop reports, dashboards, and forecasting models
- Develop and refine territory analysis and recommendations
- Assist in the onboarding of new sales hires as related to tools
- Working alongside the Director of Marketing Operations & Technology, integrate marketing campaign insights into Salesforce to ensure stakeholder visibility
- Salesforce.com CRM administration for the Digital Onboarding organization
Experience
- 7+ years of revenue operations experience within a SaaS company
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Outreach, Apollo, and other sales technology platforms
- Proficiency in analytic tools such as Tableau
- Salesforce admin experience: Administrator certification is preferred but not mandatory with the experience above
- History of successfully implementing sales pipeline, forecasting, activity, and task management best practices
- Experience with creating complex reports and dashboards that track the business needs
- A clear communicator with strong presentation skills is a must
- Salesforce flow experience preferred
