Reporting to and in concert with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), the Director of Sales Enablement ensures the successful, effective, and efficient running of the Sales and Sales Engineering function for the company and aids in training new team members.
The Director of Sales Enablement will possess a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen to effectively bridge the gap between our product's technical aspects and our prospects' needs.
Responsibilities
Product Demonstrations
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing the features and capabilities of Digital Onboarding's solutions.
- Tailor demonstrations to address the specific needs and challenges of potential customers, emphasizing the value and benefits of our products.
Technical Expertise
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Digital Onboarding's products and services, staying updated on new features and enhancements.
- Act as a technical resource for the sales team, providing insights into the technical aspects of our solutions during the sales process.
Client Engagement
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives, aligning product demonstrations with their unique needs.
- Address technical questions and concerns raised by potential clients during and after demonstrations, ensuring a thorough understanding of our offerings.
Customization and Solution Design
- Work closely with the product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer needs and contribute to the customization of demonstrations.
- Assist in the design of tailored solutions based on client requirements, ensuring a seamless fit with their onboarding processes.
Documentation and Training
- Create and maintain documentation for product demonstrations, including scripts, use cases, and technical documentation.
- Provide training to sales team members on product features, positioning, and competitive differentiators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a Sales Engineering or similar technical pre-sales role, particularly in the financial services or SaaS industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes, digital transformation,engagement platforms and related technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
