Who we are

We are a digital team which means we can hire the best and brightest from across the country. We like working with intelligent and kind people that fight for great ideas, want to get things done, and think creatively to challenge the status quo. We value abilities over degrees. Hierarchy doesn’t matter to us. We welcome great ideas from everyone on the team.

What life is like here

We live in big cities, by enormous mountains, near lakes and oceans, and in small towns covered in grass and trees. We don't share an office though we stay connected with tools like Slack, video conferencing, and Marco Polo. We have regular, all-team virtual meetings and meet up in person a couple of times a year to review the business and have a good time.
