Director of Strategic Partnerships

REMOTE (US based) | Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a plan to identify, sign, and commercialize partnerships to meet Digital Onboarding’s revenue and profit goals. Work with various internal stakeholders to align the partner strategy to the company’s goals and objectives.

• Drive Digital Onboarding’s expected success via targeted channels and partners. Collaborate closely with peers (Marketing, Operations, and Product) to ensure alignment.
• Routinely update the management team on plans, realities, and requirements.
• Identify potential partners that align with the company goals and support the overall strategy.
• Develop and maintain the pipeline and forecast for the partner channel.
• Lead the company’s partner charge with significant, sustained energy and passion.
• Ensure the partner team is consistently acting in accordance with Digital Onboarding’s mission and values.
• Assist partners and partner teams in the delivery of proposals and presentations where necessary to close strategic deals.
• Be on top of the business by consistently making joint calls and satisfying requirements.
• Continually learn and experiment to ensure commercial success.

Skills & Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales/partnership roles
• Strong knowledge of the banking and credit union markets
• In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Skilled in problem-solving
• Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results
• Experience managing opportunities and pipelines in Salesforce
