VP of Strategic Partnerships

Key Responsibilites
Create and execute partnership department strategies to meet all requirements while achieving Digital Onboarding’s revenue and profit goals. Develop and execute a plan to identify, sign, and commercialize partnerships that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Drive Digital Onboarding’s expected success via targeted channels and partners. Collaborate closely with peers (Marketing, Operations, and Product) to ensure alignment.
- Routinely update the management team on plans, realities, and requirements.
- Understand and translate Digital Onboarding’s business strategies to commercial initiatives for the partner team.
- Identify potential partners that align with the company goals and support the overall strategy.
- Develop quotas, budgets, and short-term and long-term range goals for the partner organization to support business objectives.
- Develop long-term business plans with the CEO and other leaders as designated.
- Lead the company’s partner charge with significant, sustained energy and passion.
- Ensure the partner team is consistently acting in accordance with Digital Onboarding’s mission and values.
- Oversee all partner functions of Digital Onboarding to ensure high-quality sales, service, and delivery.
- Assist partners and partner teams in the delivery of proposals and presentations where necessary to close strategic deals.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, development, and counseling as needed to partners and the partner team.
- Be on top of the business by consistently making joint calls and satisfying requirements.
- Continually learn and experiment to ensure commercial success.
Skills & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales/partnership roles
- Strong knowledge of the banking and credit union markets
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Skilled in problem-solving
- Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results
- Experience managing opportunities and pipelines in Salesforce
- Leadership and experience in employee motivation techniques a plus
