Senior Customer Success Advocate: Serve as a day-to-day and strategic contact with your portfolio of larger financial services institution customers. Maximize customer satisfaction, renewal rates, and retain or grow total Annual Recurring Revenue for your portfolio of customers.
Account Group Director: Serve as a day-to-day and strategic contact with approximately five of our largest financial services institution customers and oversee the relationships for customers managed by Customer Success Advocates on your team. Maximize customer satisfaction, renewal rates, and retain or grow total Annual Recurring Revenue for your portfolio of customers.
Regional Sales Executive: Drive qualified leads and generate new bank and credit union customer relationships.
Senior Full-Stack Engineer: Help to guide strategic platform development. Envision and design new capabilities and features that set the platform apart in the marketplace.
