Rize CU wanted to expand its reach by converting pre-approved prospects into members and credit card holders. The existing enrollment process was time-consuming and required staff involvement, creating friction for prospects and straining resources at the Member Care Center. The credit union needed a simple, intuitive way for people to accept offers and join without additional staff effort.

Solution
