20+ product enhancements in 2 weeks: Making your experience smoother, faster, and easier

At Digital Onboarding, our mission is to make banking easier, more engaging, and more seamless for financial institutions and their account holders. We listen closely to your feedback, and when we hear about ways to make your experience better, we take action.

That’s why we kicked off our Customer Experience Sprint—a focused two-week initiative to accelerate the pace of improvements and tackle small, but impactful product enhancements. While each update may seem minor on its own, together they create a smoother, more seamless experience. And this is just the beginning—we’re committed to continuously refining and enhancing our platform to better serve our customers.

Why we did it

We know that even small friction points—confusing language, missing buttons, or minor inefficiencies—can slow you down. That’s why we rallied our team to identify and resolve over 20 of these “paper cuts” in our platform. This sprint wasn’t just about fixing things; it was about ensuring you have a seamless, frustration-free experience with Digital Onboarding.

Key enhancements you’ll love

Here are three of the most impactful improvements we made:

Ability to download unsubscribes

We now provide an easy way to export all contacts who have opted out of email campaigns. This ensures you can seamlessly upload this data into your core communication systems and manage unsubscribes consistently.

Improved campaign management

We added a ‘Save’ button to the Campaign Management tab to prevent accidental changes or overrides to live campaigns. Plus, we updated the UI to make it even easier to navigate.

New notification settings for key events

Technical managers and admins can activate alerts when a batch upload encounters an error or when targeting fails to process. This will help ensure your team can spot and correct issues immediately to ensure smooth campaign roll-out.

More enhancements to elevate your experience

Beyond these key enhancements, we’ve introduced additional upgrades to make the platform even more powerful and user-friendly.

Improved campaign building

  • Quickly search for existing page templates when adding a page to a campaign.
  • The “Add Content Block” button is now easier to find (no more hidden navigation issues!).
  • We’ve enabled a warning if you’re uploading a batch file to campaigns that are not yet in “live” status.

Better messaging & email experience

  • SMS response updates for improved clarity and compliance.
  • SMS pins now have distinct colors, making them easier to differentiate from emails.
  • Apple Mail formatting improvements ensure our emails look great on all devices.

Technical optimizations

  • Password policy updates offer more flexibility while maintaining security.
  • Tooltip fixes prevent from blocking email archiving.
  • Batch file upload warnings now alert you if you’re uploading to a campaign that isn’t live yet.
  • Widget names in Insights are now clearer for easier analysis.
